Appointment policy

 

Yodi International is located DOWNTOWN Winston Salem NC, in the heart of the arts
district where parking can be limited, as valued salon guests and to ensure the best
salon experience, please plan accordingly arriving to your appointment on time. For
guests arriving well over 15 minutes past your appointed time, you may have to be
rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of other guests. 

 

Kindly, we require 24 hours notice for cancellation or an appointment reschedule.

after ONE missed appointment, cancellation or reschedule without a minimum of 24 hours notice, the salon will require a 50% non-refundable deposit to schedule future appointments. exceptions may be granted for emergencies at discretion.

 

             

Merchandise Return Policy

 

Unused and unopened products may be returned for a full refund in the same method as the original form of payment. Used and opened products may not be returned or exchanged.
